Secretary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Communicate Quarterly Meeting Agenda

  • Take and Communicate Quarterly Meeting Minutes

  • Update website and social media outlets

Treasurer Responsibilities: 

  • Manage membership payments and reimbursements
  • Manage event payments and reimbursements
  • Manage tax and accounting responsibilities for the association

Principal/Head of School Representative Responsibilities:

  • Submit Heads of School updates for quarterly newsletter

  • Participation in Heads of School Activities

PYP Representative Responsibilities:

  • Submit PYP updates for quarterly newsletter

  • Participation in PYP Educator Development and Student Activities

MYP Representative Responsibilities:

  • Submit MYP updates for quarterly newsletter
  • Participation in MYP Educator Development and Student Activities

CP Representative Responsibilities:

  • Submit CP updates for quarterly newsletter

  • Participation in CP Educator Development and Student Activities

DP Representative Responsibilities:
